Placing an online order on Etsy

When you purchase a product online via Etsy, we are provided with the following personal data:

  • Your Name & Delivery Address
    We use this information to fulfil your order.
  • Your Email Address
    Although Etsy provides us with your email address, all communication is done within Etsy’s built-in messaging platform.
  • How your data is stored
    Data is kept within Etsy. Order receipts are printed and kept in secure storage.

iZettle Sales

We use iZettle to sell products in-person, we have access to the following data;

  • Your email
    You have the option of providing us with your email address and having your receipt emailed to you. 
  • Card Details
    When paying using card or contactless, all the data is securely encrypted, processed and stored by iZettle on their servers. HelloByji staff do not have access to the full card data, but partial data for issuing refunds. 
  • How your data is stored
    Data is kept on iZettle servers and within the iZettle app.

Placing a wholesale order

Wholesale orders are placed via email, you may provide us with the following data:

  • Your Name, Business Address and Delivery Address
    We use this information to fulfil your order.

    Used for correspondence regarding your order.

    Used for correspondence regarding your order.
  • How your data is stored
    A digital version of your invoice is stored on an encrypted device and online using WaveApps. A print version of your invoice is kept in secure storage.
