Products To last
We make our work to last a lifetime and put a lot of effort into sourcing the best quality materials. Most of our materials are natural, such as wood and slate. Glass is used and is a strong, durable material which can also be recycled. We actively reducing and phasing out the plastic we use and using more sustainable alternative.
Our decorations are packaged in cello bags that are a mixture of potato and corn starch. These bags are made in the UK and are 100% biodegradable and compostable, so feel free to pop them in your home food compost waster. The backing card for our products is printed on 100% recycled and uncoated card and it can be recycled again.
For our postal packaging, we try to use recyclable materials as much as possible. However, we sometimes need to use plastics which isn’t ideal. So we encourage our customers to reuse this packaging or keep it to store your decoration.
